Six coffees, tasted the way they should be, with the roaster who buys them. You will be taught to slurp loudly and it is genuinely the correct technique.

A morning with Ana. You go home with a starter of your own, a shaped loaf to bake tomorrow, and a pretty firm opinion about hydration.
